• Welcome to JLAPrints. By accessing our website and placing an order for 3D-printed products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

• 2. Ordering and Payment

• 2.1. Orders can be placed through our website. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

• 2.2. Payment must be made in full at the time of order. We accept payment via Card, Apple Pay, Link, Cash App Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay.

• 2.3. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price you pay will be the price displayed on our website at the time of your order.

• 3. Shipping and Delivery

• 3.1. We aim to process and ship orders within 7 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location.

• 3.2. Shipping costs are estimated at checkout and depend on the destination and size of the order. You will be notified and asked to accept the revised shipping charge before the order is shipped.

• 3.3. We are not responsible for shipping delays

• 4. Returns and Refunds

• 4.1. If item is lost or broken after receipt, JLAPrints is not accountable.

• 4.2. Satisfaction is guaranteed.

• 5. Limitation of Liability/Indemnification

• 5.1. JLA Prints is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. JLA Prints is not liable for any injuries, harm or other damages caused in any way by the use of our products

• 5.2. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

• 5.3. We make no warranties regarding the fitness of our products for any particular purpose.

• 5.4 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JLA Prints, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys' fees and costs) arising out of or relating to any third-party claims alleging that the products, designs, or materials provided by you for 3D printing infringe upon any intellectual property rights, including but not limited to patents, copyrights, trademarks, or trade secrets. The Customer warrants that it has the necessary rights and permissions to provide the products, designs, or materials for printing and assumes full responsibility for any potential IP-related disputes.

• 7. Governing Law 

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania, excluding any conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
